Sculpt & Shred : Full Body Workout

It's Christine here with a sculpt and shred workout. Here, you'll work on those sleek, sexy muscles with dynamic circuits that work both the upper and lower body simultaneously.
I've got a set of 2 pound weights, but you can use up to 5 pounds. I also have gliders, but you can use towels if need be. Worst case scenario you can still do this workout without any tools.
We'll start with a warmup. Then, we'll move onto our Arm Burn to get our heart rate up. You'll be using these hand weights for the rest of our session. These exercises will help sculpt your muscles and you'll feel your lower back opening up as your heart rate goes up. Not only will you feel better today, you'll be feeling this one all week long!
