Healing Tea

One of my favorite postpartum recovery tools lately is actually my HEALING TEA. I’ve been drinking it for years as a general immunity booster and beauty elixir. In the first month after birth I drank this twice a day, but now I just drink it before bed. I swear Poppy and I get a more restful sleep when I do.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 2 tbsp curcumin/turmeric
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • A little honey or agave

Directions

I heat and stir all the ingredients together on the stove, but make sure not to boil so the milk doesn’t burn. I use a mini-milk frother that blends all the spices easily. This is like a dessert to me!
