Fertility. It’s something you hear me talk about throughout this podcast because we’re talking about health. I was following all the top trending wellness advice but my health was failing me and this led to 8 years of fertility issues. This set me on my journey for simple science-backed tools I could apply to my life to regain total body health (and my natural fertility). Plus it’s why I love talking to the health experts on this podcast.

I felt it was time to share my fertility story with you which began 10 years ago, and I am now pregnant again at 40 years old! I know many women who have gone through this, are going through this, or may go through this in the future and I want you to know you’re not alone and it’s okay to talk about fertility.
