Apple Pie Protein Shake

It’s fall and time for all things related to apple pie, apple crumble, Apple streusel… You get the point. Starting my day with an apple pie protein shake.

  • 1 tbsp bee pollen
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ½ cup of water or ½ cup of vanilla almond milk
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon Dash of nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter
  • ½ tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 apple
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  1. Add everything to a blender and blend.
