Adaptogens vs. Hemp: Which One’s Right for You?

One of the most common questions I get about Kayo supplements is: “Which is better for stress and anxiety, Stress Support Adaptogen Capsules or Chill Out Premium Hemp?” The short answer is that both are seriously helpful on busy days—but they do have slightly different benefits. Let’s break them down, shall we?

Adaptogens and cannabinoids, defined

Adaptogens are plants that have a stress-protective effect on the body. Some, like rhodiola, help reduce fatigue. Others, like gotu kola, help you stay focused and alert. And then there are adaptogens like ashwagandha, which actually help reduce cortisol (a stress hormone that’s responsible for weight gain, thyroid imbalance, and other health issues.)
