Blackberry Chia Seed Pudding

This easy and delicious breakfast is full of protein, omega-3s and vitamins and minerals.

  1. Wash and clean berries.
  2. In a large pot, over medium heat, add the berries.
  3. Stir in the honey and lemon juice. Mash down the berries to release the juices.
  4. Bring the jam to a boil and immediately reduce heat to medium.
  5. Cook on medium-low heat until jam thickens (about 20 mins). Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Once cooled, layer into apothecary jars with chia pudding base.
